The R stands for RESPOND training, a mix of Cardio, HIIT, Resistance Training, Circuit Endurance Lifting, and Metabolic Conditioning workouts geared towards everyday movement. Our slogan 'Just Respond' encompasses the brand in its entirety. Created to spark a movement in the fitness community, our aim has always been for our audience to feel that their fitness journey is apart of something much bigger. The logo embodies a state of readiness. It's ascending, linear, and sharp structure was designed to symbolize a logo of empowerment. Ready for the challenge. And ready to leave your mark.
